Return Policy


If you have a defective cart**, and it is still less than one year since you purchased it, please e-mail us a picture of the damaged cart. Most problems are easily solved with a replacement pin or clip, etc. Once determined, we will gladly send you a new part or replace the cart. Please e-mail the photo to: returns@greatfoldingcarts.com.

If you need to exchange the cart** for another size, first contact us for authorization, and then ship the original cart back in proper packaging, include a check for the shipping costs of the replacement cart and a note of explanation with your address (or copy of your invoice). Once we receive the cart undamaged in re-sellable condition, we will ship the replacement cart.

If you need to return the cart** with no replacement, please ship the cart back in proper packaging. Once we receive the cart undamaged in re-sellable condition and a note of explanation with your address, we will issue a refund either to your credit card or by check minus the original shipping charges.

It is the sender’s responsibility to ship return items properly.*
